Has anyone written a shareware utility to measure system performance under Windows 3.0 ? The type of thing that I am thinking of is something similar to the load average on a UNIX machine. It would be very helpful to have a iconized program that displays some type of index of cpu performance, and correspondingly changes when you run more and more applications or utilities.....
