I have three questions about xmh:

1) How can I save a message into a file of my own choosing?  Is there
   any way to do this from within xmh?

2) How can I insert the contents of a file into a message I'm
   composing?  (I.e., does xmh have the equivalent of the ~r command
   in /usr/ucb/mail?)

3) How can I configure xmh to automatically save a copy of all
   outgoing mail (i.e, all mail that I send to someone else) into a
   folder?

I've read the man page for xmh, and I couldn't see any reference to
these.
