I get these problems building xview2 on a Sun 3/160 running SunOS 4.0.3

	cc -c -O   -I../../../. -I../../.././build/usr/include      hashfn.c
	make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `rpc/auth_des.h'

In /usr/include/rpc there are these files:-

	auth.h auth_unix.h clnt.h pmap_clnt.h pmap_prot.h
	rpc.h rpc_msg.h svc.h svc_auth.h types.h xdr.h

and also get these non-fatal errors during the make depend:-

 ../../.././util/makedepend/makedepend:  cannot find include file "rpc/auth_des.h"
../../.././util/makedepend/makedepend:  cannot open "rpc/auth_des.h"

Is this because the DES encryption stuff is not available outside
the USA and if so is there any way round this.
