This could be a question of basic misunderstanding but.....how do I access (or
can I???) the grey-scale colormap (XA_RGB_GRAY_MAP) using the sample sun server???
Additionally, is there a sure-fire technique for determining available colormaps
in a server????? I know these may be inane questions, but i just gotsa know!!!
