While we're on the subject ....

I would like to be able to specify the color of the move/resize outline.
It's somewhat irritating not to be able to see the black outline on my
black and white root window bitmap.

I've tried hacks to fix this (OutlineColor option added to twm) but so
far they don't always work.  (I'm definitely an X rookie.)
