UIMX from Visual Edge Software, is a UIMS
with full support for the Motif toolkit (not UIL) and Open Look (Open Look
Express). 
It features a widget layout editor for visual
editing of the interface look as well as Xtk event translation tables and a C 
interpreter which can be used to test the interface behavior together with 
compiled application code. 
There is also a mechanism to produce reusable modules of UI-functions more or
less like convenience functions that return when the dialog is finished.
When released, UIMX will be available for many 
workstations with Motif and X11R4 or Open Look. 
I think it is in Beta release phase now.
Suggested price is $5000 per workstation.
Requires at least 8 Mb of memory.

UIMX can be bought directly from OEM's, not from VES.
HP has UIMX for 9000/300+800.
Quest has UIMX for Sun 3 and Sparc.
ICOM for i386.
SGI for SGI machines.
IBM for ???
DG for Aviion.
Tektronix for 88000.
Motorola for 88000 and 680X0.

AT&T (i386) and Quest (Sun 3, Sparc) offers Open Look Express.
