I am trying to use the XmScrolledList widget via UIL, but I can not
get the horizontal scrollbar to appear. Do I have to create that scrollbar
separately, and set it with XmScrolledWindowSetAreas in C?  The vertical
scrollbar happily appears without any such nudging.
