Is there a mwm resource to control the color of the
wire frame that appears when moving or resizing a 
window?

I have chosen to use a black root background and since
the default wire frame color seems to be black. This 
makes it a little difficult to move the windows into
corners of the screen.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
