I'm retiring Friday, 8/31/90 and they tell me they will pull
my password so that I will no longer have acess to
misc.handicap and the other wonderful bulletin boards on
USE.NET. They tell me I can Pay $1000 per year to be an
outside subscriber. I told them That I could subscribe to a lot of
magazines for $1K!!!
What I would like to know is can I acess misc.handicap or USE.NET
from Rockville, MD (outside District of Columbia) from my home
computer with out bankrupting myself? FREE would be great!
I'm a lucky (?) quad who has more than the usual mobility.
