If I were you, and if I were new to computing as you are, I would not deal with Jaws. I have worked with the demmo, and although it has a lot of features, it is much more complicated than most of the other screen access packzages. Doug may not be local to you, but he is super about support. However, even if you don't live Vocal-eyes for some reason, I suggest you either straighten out your problems with Flipper, or check out Softvert or something. I think that you need too much help to deal with a complicated program like jaws. Please understand that I'm not criticizing you, but I hate to see you spend money on a program that you won't be happy with especially since you've already spent the money for Flipper. Paula ...
