Hi Debbie,  
I see it's your msg that I was told about and I have a general msg I 
prepared that I can leave here with you to answer the question.
BTW I'm Fran --the author...here's my general msg I'll append here...
I understand there had been an inquiry as to how to obtain SIGN
FRIENDS if not by way of downloading from the various boards that
have it.  
 
The other possibility is via snail mail to me the author.  However
I must insist that the person making the request send me a
formatted 360k floppy disk and a self-addressed stamped mailer
with sufficient postage as these mailed requests have become an
expense which the 2 registrations I have received could hardly
defray.
