I've added the following line to /usr/lib/news/sys:

schmitt:dartmouth.test::"/usr/ucb/Mail pete"

Whenever I post to dartmouth.test the /usr/lib/news/log file states that
news is sending the article to schmitt.  The mail program is not getting
run.  Any clues?
