I'm using rn version 4.3.40 with bnews version 2.11.19.  I've
defined DOXREFS but the rn feature doesn't work.  We've
traced the problem to rn's expecting a header line that doesn't
exist any more (the Relay line) and verified that the xref 
"patches" are built into version 2.11 of bnews.

Question:  Is there a standard method for resolviung this?  Should
           we just hack away at a fix?  What am I missing??

I can't find anything in the delivered documentation for rn or bnews
regarding this apparent incompatibility.
