They are: VNEWS (psuedo-UNIX style interface. Uses NNTP over IP). ANU-NEWS (VMS style interface. Uses everything?). XRN (Port of UNIX XRN, NNTP over DECnet only). I have seen a few mentions of people attempting ports of rn to VMS, but have heard of no successes.
