I'm considering it as a replacement for an Ortofon MC-30 S (original ver. not S2) to be used on an Linn LP12/Ittok combination. I would of course like to get a Troika, but can't really afford it. Another option would be to get a replecement stylys for a Shure V15-V that I have stored for a few years. This cartridge hasn't been used much, however I'm uncertain wether or not just the time will have degraded its performance. Any recommedations? --Tore
