The spec is: Voltage: +/- 19.9 DIsplay: 3 1/2 or 2 1/2 7 Segment LEDs Power Supply: 9 volt battery Accuracy: +/- 0.1 Volts I am looking at possibly using the National ADD3501 chip, but I think it's an overkill for what I'm trying to do. Cost and simplicity is very important. I would appreciate any pointers to circuits, chips, or manufacturers.
