This is a one-dimensionl Fourier transform for two-dimensional circularly symmetric functions. We are interested in the complex to complex version. Source in FORTRAN or C is preferred. Any leads would be appreciated. Follow-ups are directed to sci.math.num-analysis, or reply via email.
