We are looking for implementations of the Hankel transform algorithm.
This is a one-dimensionl Fourier transform for two-dimensional circularly
symmetric functions.  We are interested in the complex to complex version.
Source in FORTRAN or C is preferred.  Any leads would be appreciated.
