Approximately what output transmitter would you need to support a Television Station, that would need to reach about 20miles X 20miles? The Transmission would need to be reasonable, but not neccessarily fantastic. Are these transmitters commercially available? If so, what's a rough guess at the cost? Also, NZ does not use NTSC, our television is based on the PAL system, if this makes any difference at all. Any other info about a cheap TV system would be helpful.
