Hello world,

I'm a student currently doing a project in recognising chinese characters
by using neural net. The model I am using is the RAM based discriminator
by Igor Aleksander. I would appreciate it if any of you can tell me any
interesting paper or article concerning character recognition (esp chinese
or japanese) via neural net.
