With the initiative of the people in the EE department of the Middle
East Technical University (Prof. Kemal Inan spearheading) there will
be a scientific and technical journal published beginning Jan 1991.
The name of the journal will be ELEKTRIK which will be in English
and  open to all who care to contribute. Articles will be
subject to peer review before publication.
