I presume you mean the American Ford Simulator version.  There is (or was), an
British/European version created that was aimed to support the release of the
New Ford Fiesta.  However, for some reason this never appeared on general
release (anyone got it?)...

... Anyway, the American one is sitting is comp.binaries.ibm.pc (or should be). It's not that bad, but CGA has really had its time.
