i.e. the C source for the program to get the SIMIBM.IDX file from simtel20
into a readable form. Can anyone send it to me please ? I've requested it
from the European trickle servers but I'd like to get it before I reach
pensionable age :-).

BTW - does anyone know why I get bounced from the most `local' trickle
servers (in Denmark and Belgium) and get told to use awiwuw11 (in Austria)
instead ? Odd.
