I agree that this book is very comprehensive. However, it should be pointed out that this book is poorly indexed, and the table of contents is skimpy. The index is long and looks good (one reason that I bought it), but it simply leaves out too much. For example, the entry for the ADD command fails to mention the chapter on Multitable Operations (chapt 9), which devotes its first 20 pages or so to this command. I feel that I had to sit down and read this book like a novel from cover to cover to get all of its meat.
