Message-ID: <519@icni.UUCP> Date: 9 Sep 90 01:04:47 GMT Distribution: na Organization: Bell Canada CSO, Toronto, Ont Lines: 38 I have created 3 tables called building, site and project. I created a 3 way join using the common fields in each table. I created a form using the joindef and removed some of the unnecessary fields. No problem so far... During the tests, I can put data into all the fields and retrieve it with out any problem. The problem is that I loaded a file into the building table and the joindef form does not see any of this data. If I use an SQL... select bldg_clli from building I see the the data I loaded from the file PLUS the test data I entered from the joindef form. I used vfred and QBF for all this. Real basic stuff.. Any clues to why the form can't display (find) the same data that the SQL can? I have a form that only looks at the building table and I finds the data with no problem..
