Client printer access is available through third party software (Fresh
Technology print assist is one, Lan Systems Lan Spool is another I 
believe) or available through Novell as PSERVER.EXE or PSERVER.VAP
used with rprint.exe at the workstation.  You will pay a TSR memory
overhead when using any of these products, and they may not be 
compatible with multitasking systems (i.e. Desqview, Windows 3.0).
