I ask for their name, and of course they just give me their first name. Then I ask for their last name, and act like I am writing it down. What really puts the fear of God into them is when I ask for, and then demand, their home phone number! Of course, they wont give it to me, and I ask them why it is so unreasonable for me to call them at home, since they called me at home! The call always degenerates into: 1. They wont give me their home phone number. 2. I wont talk to them unless I can return their call AT THEIR HOME. So far, it's been a lot of fun!
