 We are in need of some information regarding the Image format
 for Targa (.TGA) or AtVista files.  I've searched a number of
 ftp sites, and have found that PBM can convert FROM .TGA to 
 other things, but I need something that will go from, say,
 GIF to TGA as well.  Can anyone point me in the right 
 direction as far as format specifications or ( I hope, I hope,
 I hope) already existing converters which can be ftp'd?
