I'm looking for literature concerning 3D coordinate
input digitizers, ie how they work, price ranges,
and maybe build-your-own plans?   All I need is
for it to send the coordinates (in ASCII or binary)
thru the serial port for Amiga or PC hardware.
I've been modeling with Sculpt using the old fashion 
ruler-measuring model kit method  and it's getting
to be a pain....
