   I need as much information as I can get about digitizing pictures from 
PAL-signal with PC. Resolution is not important, 320*200*256 is ok. I need
information about cards that can digitize *color* pictures from camera/video-
camera. Prices, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers....

   I would also like to hear about still-video. How can I move pictures
from camera to PC? What do I need? What does it cost? Where should I try to 
contact?

   If you know something, that could help me, please help me.
