I just saw a first issue of a new C++ rag:  "The C++ Journal" --
not to be confused with "The C++ Report" -- and it seems reasonable to
me.  I especially liked an article by Miller on the C++ Standardization
effort, and an article by Dlugosz on virtual functions [and dominance.]

Four issues a year, $32 US, $48 Canada & "Foreign"
