The ANSI C++ committee (X3J16) has just recently been constituted, and is not expected to submit a first draft for review for at least a year, probably more. The base document for the standard is the Annotated C++ Reference Manual by Margaret Ellis and Bjarne Stroustrup (derived from the AT&T C++ 2.1 reference manual). --- Shankar Unni.
