We are looking for a program to convert ANSI Draft C source files into
pre-ANSI standard C, and vice-versa.

We are using UNIX (SunOS) on a Sun-4, so awkfiles, shellscripts, and the
like are welcome. We also use a 386 PS/2 machine, so PC-compatible solutions
would be helpful as well.

Please email your responses. If possible, send a checksum with any binary
code.
