	In case anyone is wondering where the Eiffel Consortium
effort is: incorporating the Consortium, which will be called
the Nonprofit International Consortium for Eiffel (NICE),
and translating the draft Bylaws circulated at TOOLS into
legalese, has taken a little more time than expected.
The process is nearing completion, and NICE will
be an officially registered organization before the end of
this month. There will be a NICE session at the User Conference
in Ottawa in October.

	All details will be posted here as soon as they are
available.
