With luck, I may be able to release Pygmy Forth version 1.3 within 1 to 2 weeks. The Forth part is finished, I think. There are many questions to resolve about the documentation and what to include in the package. Now my real question: I seem to have a mental block in dealing with computer bulletin boards. I seem to get along well enough in GEnie now, but I've tried logging on to the ECFB and feel very disoriented. I notice your message had an EZ 1.27 tag and the "NET/Mail" connected with it. What is that? How does it work? Do I understand that it is possible to log on to BCFB (& ECFB) and somehow download all of the new messages in one fell swoop, possibly as a ZIP or ARC file? Then, compose your replies off-line and upload a single ZIP or ARC file next time you log on, and have the system distribute the various messages to their proper areas? If so, could you tell me how to do it? Thanks. -- Frank ----- This message came from GEnie via willett through a semi-automated process. Report problems to: uunet!willett!dwp or dwp@willett.pgh.pa.us
