At our FIG chapter meeting yesterday we formed a working group to critique the
ANSI documents and submit proposals to the TC.  We all have BASIS12 -- should
we bother commenting on it?  How much was changed at the last meeting?  When
will BASIS13 be available?

BTW, I don't have Microsoft Word, so I can't use electronic distribution.

Thanks for the info re. TC vs. TSC.  You may have _two_ Ontario attendees at
the Detroit meeting.  (When and where is it?) Provided, of course, that we get
BASIS13 beforehand.
