Hi, 

We've recently got some VAXstation 3100's running VMS in a local area cluster.

What I want to know is how can I get the (colour) monitors to use the X-windows
stuff under IDL.  I tried "set_plot, 'x'" but that didn't work.

Anyone know the answer?  Also is there a tektronix emulator for DECwindows?
