My apologies for not having time to debug this problem and post the fix.  I
guess it is better to post the problem rather than not to mention it.

The usub stuff does not work from the perl debugger.  Running the usub example
unmodified except for the debugger option:

	> head -1 pager; pager
	#!./curseperl -d

	Loading custom DB from perldb.pl 3.0.1.3 90/08/09

	Enter h for help.

	main(10):       EndOfMain
	  DB<1> c
	Usage: &scrollok($win, $boolf) at /usr/local/lib/perl/perldb.pl line 436.

Larry, thank you very much for the patch making it possible to link in user
subroutines.  We are now using PERL to regression test our system library.
