A program I wrote, called Deliver. It allows users to write scripts, called "deliver files," to control mail delivery. When the scripts run, the message header and body have been separated into two files, the names of which are in the environment. The output of the script is a list of addresses and/or mailbox files that should receive the message after all. I wrote my system-wide delivery file in Perl, because it does complicated things with a Micnet (ugh) network.
