I've got the perl source codes and successfully went through the 6 steps in
the README. However, I cannot figure out how to read the manual and have 
perl.exe up and running on our BSD 4.3 (mnt Xinu O.S.). Please don't flame I 
am brand new at perl programming and other programing languages.

I need some help.
