Last I heard the Bawden/Rees Syntactic Closures and (Dybvig's ?)
EXTEND-SYNTAX were the 2 front runners for implementing macros in
Scheme.  Is this still the case?

Were can I get the latest source for these (and any other serious
contenders)?
