I have read a couple articles that refer to "Ungar's Smalltalk
Implementation Book."

DOES ANYONE HAVE A MORE SPECIFIC REFERENCE TO THIS BOOK !!!  

I am interested in books that portray formal and unformal methods
and implementations of OOAD.
