I had seriously considered the TI Microlaser PS, but have heard that it only has a parallel interface. One store recommended the NEC LC290. I remember people having problems with the 890 and was wondering what people know about the 290. Does its serial port work with a Sun? Does it look more reliable (it uses the Canon engine)?
