I haven't noticed any posts about a problem when compiling
elm version 2.3 with _flock not being found during the load-edit
phase.  I can compile fine (after having run the Configure script)
without error, however the load fails with the following:

_flock                              leavembox.o
ld fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to ../bin/elm
Fatal error in /bin/ld
Exit status 015
*** Error code 13

Stop.
*** Error code 1

If I go in and edit config.h.SH to not use flock the
program loads without error.  I'd prefer to use flock if I could.

	DG/UX revision 4.30
