I have seen some replies from the GNUS reader generate headings
which contain:

  Nntp-posting-host:  somemachine.cs.someschool.edu

Is there a way I can make MH insert the name of the maching I 
am currently on into my header?  Something like:

  Mh-posting-host:   somemachine.cs.rpi.edu
