When people ask questions about whether software is available
to do some thing or other I have often seen the response that
such a thing is available from simtel20. Can someone tell me
what that is and how to access it?

I DO NOT have anonymous ftp capability. I have e-mail and I have
a modem hooked to a PC but very little bulletin board experience.
