On many (all?) PC's the A20 line is disabled for compatibility with some
software that requires address wrap around.  So when entering protected
mode and it is desired to gain access to extended memory the A20 line must
be enabled.  How is this actually done?  Code someone either post or mail
me a code fragment or explain how this is done?
