"HP is an independent software vendor supporting TIFF. HP has
developed software for reading, writing, decompressing, and
compressing TIFF files." (From the Microsoft Windows SDK, 2.0)
This source code was part of the 2.0 SDK; it seems to have gone away
for 3.0.
