Since the ``sockets vs. streams'' discussion generated quite a bit of
material that should be useful for future implementors, I have archived
it and made it available via anonymous ftp to stealth.acf.nyu.edu, or
128.122.128.22. The unedited articles are in pub/socketstream.

This should be easier than searching your local tcp-ip archive...
