The copyright says it can be freely used and redistributed, but if you
modify it, you must make the executable display a message saying so, and
who did it.  It supports Class 1 only, via Ethernet NDIS drivers.  It is
available for anonymous FTP on vax.ftp.com, in ~pub/packet.driver/NDIS.
I won't mail it to you (but someone elsewhere might).  We don't support
this freeware version, but if you want to discuss modifying or enhancing
it, we're interested in talking with you...
