I forgot to mention in the previous post:  The NDIS adapter v1.05 doesn't
work with the following freeware Packet Driver applications:

 Current versions of NCSA and older CUTCPs fail because they assume that
 a handle can't assume the value 0.  I have reported the bug.

 The BYU NetWare SHELLDRV.OBJ fails because it doesn't expect to hear its
 own broadcast packets, and NDIS echoes them back to the sender.

We haven't checked any of the commercial packages except our own PC/TCP.
